Terms of Service

What we do

Good Guys Group designs websites and sets up the adjacent business tech (branded email, CRM, invoicing). Project scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts.

Payments

Express orders ($500) are paid at checkout. Preview, Signature Setup, and Refresh projects are scoped on a call; payment terms are set in the project agreement we send after.

Revisions

Express orders include one round of revisions. Signature Setup and Refresh projects include revision rounds as written in the agreement. Additional revisions outside scope are billed at a rate disclosed upfront.

Delivery and ownership

At launch we hand off the site files, domain access, and any account credentials we created on your behalf. You own everything from that point forward.

Refunds

Preview fees are refundable inside 72 hours if you haven't received the delivered preview. Once a Preview is delivered, the fee is earned but credited toward the full project if you move forward.
