Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book a call, submit an Express order, or email us, we collect the information you provide: name, email, business name, phone number, and anything you choose to share about your business. That information lives in our CRM (Supabase) and is used only to deliver the project you hired us for and stay in touch.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Square. We do not see, store, or have access to your card details. Square's privacy policy governs how that data is handled.

Scheduling

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which stores your booking details. When calls are recorded, we use Fathom; you'll be told at the start of the call and you can decline.

Your data, your call

You can email us at any time to request a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it inside seven days.
